1.  IFQ Crewmembers are individual US citizens who: were not initially issued QS; have demonstrated 150 days US commercial fishery harvesting experience;  and who have been issued a Transfer Eligibility Certificate (TEC). 2.  Counts of "IFQ Crewmembers" currently holding QS do not include persons who acquired and divested QS over time but are not currently holding any QS. 3.  Designation of "Alaskan" or "non-Alaskan" is premised on the self-reported business mailing address of the TEC holder; NMFS/RAM does not verify  residency. 4.  Tables exclude persons with unknown addresses.
